Our Founder, Sandra Sutter, is a Métis leader, community engagement practitioner, facilitator, speaker, award-winning artist, experienced executive and lifelong learner whose work is rooted in relationship, listening, and collaboration.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that solutions emerge from shared wisdom and aligned values. By creating space for listening, learning, and dialogue, we invite reflection on the roles we each play in contributing to stronger communities, healthier relationships, and a more connected and cohesive future.

Songbird Advisory draws upon a trusted network of experienced practitioners, advisors, and collaborators to strengthen the work. Together, we bring experience in Indigenous Community–Industry Relations, strategy development, governance, facilitation, team building, communications, and organizational leadership.
